mcw8 Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

• "mcw8", "we", "us", "our" — refers to the mcw8 platform, its operators, administrators and authorised agents.
• "Platform" — refers to the mcw8 website at https://mcw8.io, including all subpages, features, betting markets, casino games, loyalty programmes and associated services.
• "Player", "you", "your" — refers to any individual who registers an account on the mcw8 platform or accesses any part of its services.
• "Account" — refers to the registered user profile created by a Player on the mcw8 platform, through which all betting, gaming and financial transactions are conducted.
• "Real-Money Balance" — refers to funds deposited by the Player into their mcw8 Account using any of the supported payment methods.
• "Bonus Balance" — refers to any promotional credits, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses or free bet credits awarded to a Player's Account by mcw8.
• "Wagering Requirement" — refers to the minimum total betting turnover that must be completed before a Bonus Balance or bonus-derived winnings can be converted to a withdrawable Real-Money Balance.
• "BDT" — refers to Bangladeshi Taka (৳), the currency in which all Account balances, deposits, withdrawals and wagers are denominated on the mcw8 platform.
• "Bangladesh Standard Time (BST)" — refers to UTC+6, the time zone used for all date and time references throughout these Terms.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and mcw8. By registering an Account, logging into an existing Account, depositing funds, placing a bet, playing any casino game, or otherwise using any feature of the mcw8 platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to comply with these Terms in full.

Your continued use of the mcw8 platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. mcw8 will endeavour to notify Players of material changes via the contact email address registered on their Account, but the absence of such notification does not invalidate the revised Terms.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with mcw8's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and mcw8. Where these Terms are silent on a matter addressed in those policies, those policies shall apply.

To register an Account with mcw8, you must satisfy each of the following eligibility conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the date of registration.
• You are a natural person and not registering on behalf of a corporate entity.
• You are capable of entering into a legally binding contract under applicable law.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law, nor are you accessing the platform in circumvention of such laws using a VPN or proxy service.
• You have not previously had an mcw8 Account terminated for breach of these Terms.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of an employee of mcw8 or any of its affiliated organisations.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and mobile phone number. You agree to promptly update this information if it changes. mcw8 reserves the right to verify any information you provide at any stage and to request supporting documentation including a government-issued photo ID (e.g., National ID Card, Passport) and proof of address.

Only one Account per person is permitted on the mcw8 platform. Operating multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is a serious violation of these Terms and will result in all associated Accounts being permanently closed and all balances being voided without recourse.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your mcw8 Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party or allow any other person to access or use your Account. Any activity conducted through your Account — whether or not authorised by you — is your responsibility.

If you suspect that your Account credentials have been compromised or that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify mcw8 immediately via the support email address provided in these Terms. mcw8 will take reasonable steps to secure the Account following notification but accepts no liability for losses incurred prior to notification being received and acted upon.

mcw8 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including in circumstances where:

• The Account holder has breached any provision of these Terms.
• mcw8 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, dishonest or irregular activity.
• The Account holder has failed to complete identity or age verification within a reasonable timeframe as requested.
• A self-exclusion request has been submitted by the Account holder under mcw8's Responsible Gaming tools.
• mcw8 is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive.

You may request the closure of your mcw8 Account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon Account closure, any Real-Money Balance remaining (after deduction of any applicable fees or outstanding wagering obligations) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to satisfactory identity verification.

All deposits to and withdrawals from mcw8 Accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following payment methods are currently supported: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard and Dutch-Bangla Bank direct transfers. mcw8 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your Account balance within 60 seconds of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. Deposits made via card or bank transfer may take up to 30 minutes depending on the issuing institution. mcw8 does not charge a fee on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. mcw8 aims to process verified withdrawal requests within 24 hours of receipt during Bangladesh Standard Time business hours. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the mcw8 Account. mcw8 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.

Anti-Money Laundering: mcw8 maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) policies. Deposits may only be made from payment accounts owned and operated by the Account holder. Funds deposited must not derive from any unlawful activity. mcw8 cooperates fully with competent authorities in the investigation of suspicious financial activity and may freeze Account balances pending the outcome of any such investigation.

• Withdrawal processing time: up to 24 hours (verified accounts)
• Accepted currencies: BDT only
• Deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in the Account holder's name

mcw8 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing Players, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, loyalty rewards and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion.

Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated in the specific promotion terms. Unless stated otherwise, the standard wagering requirement for mcw8 welcome bonuses is 20x the bonus amount. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus.

Bonus Validity: Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all bonus credits expire 14 calendar days from the date of award. Any unmet wagering requirement and associated bonus balance will be forfeited upon expiry.

Eligible Games: Not all games on the mcw8 platform contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sports betting and live casino games may contribute at a different rate from slots or instant-win games. The specific contribution rates for each promotion are detailed in that promotion's terms.

• Bonuses are available to verified accounts only.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per Player, per household and per device.
• mcw8 reserves the right to withdraw, amend or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice where abuse is suspected.
• Bonus funds may not be transferred between Accounts.
• Winnings generated solely from Bonus Balance that exceed a maximum cap stated in the specific promotion terms may be limited to that cap upon withdrawal.

All betting and gaming activity on the mcw8 platform is conducted in accordance with the rules specific to each product. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing any bet or wager. The following general rules apply across all products on the platform:

• Bet confirmation: A bet or wager is only valid once it has been confirmed by the mcw8 system and a unique reference number has been issued. Pending or unconfirmed bets hold no value.
• Pricing errors: In the event that a price, odd or payout rate is displayed in error due to a technical fault or human error, mcw8 reserves the right to void any bets placed at the erroneous price. Where practical, affected Players will be notified and their stake returned.
• Result disputes: mcw8's settlement of betting markets is final once confirmed. Any dispute regarding the outcome of a sporting event will be resolved by reference to the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC, BCB, FIFA).
• Minimum and maximum stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and casino games and are displayed at the point of bet placement. mcw8 reserves the right to apply individual account stake limits at its sole discretion.
• Casino game integrity: All casino games use certified random number generator (RNG) technology from internationally accredited providers including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming and Evolution Gaming. Game outcomes are independently verified and cannot be influenced by mcw8 or any third party.

mcw8 reserves the right to suspend any betting market or casino game at any time and to cancel or void any bet or wager where the integrity of the event or game is in question. Where a market is suspended and a Player's stake cannot be matched or confirmed, the stake will be returned to the Player's Real-Money Balance in full.

mcw8 is firmly committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The platform operates on the principle that gambling is a form of adult entertainment and must never be used as a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties. All Players are encouraged to set personal limits and to use mcw8's responsible gaming tools proactively.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all verified mcw8 Account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly caps on the total amount you can deposit. Limit reductions take immediate effect; limit increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Reminders: Configure notifications that alert you after a chosen duration of continuous play, helping you stay aware of time spent on the platform.
• Loss Limits: Define a maximum loss threshold per day, week or month. Once reached, further real-money play is suspended until the relevant period resets.

• Providing false, misleading or incomplete information at registration or during any subsequent verification process.
• Registering or operating more than one Account on the mcw8 platform.
• Accessing the platform using a VPN, proxy server or any other technology designed to mask or misrepresent your true geographic location.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, AI systems or any non-human means to interact with the platform, place bets, or exploit any game or betting feature.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other Players to manipulate the outcome of any game, betting market or tournament.
• Exploiting software errors, calculation errors or platform vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are void and will be reclaimed by mcw8.
• Any attempt to launder money or use the mcw8 platform as a conduit for funds derived from criminal activity.
• Harassment, threatening behaviour or abusive communication directed at any mcw8 employee or support agent.
• Placing bets on events in which you have a material interest that could influence the outcome (e.g., match-fixing or insider information).

All content on the mcw8 platform — including but not limited to the mcw8 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, betting market data, odds compilations and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of mcw8 or its licensed content partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the mcw8 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, reverse engineer, decompile, modify or create derivative works from any content on the mcw8 platform without prior written consent from mcw8.

Any unauthorised use of mcw8's intellectual property will result in immediate Account termination and may give rise to legal proceedings for damages.

mcw8 collects, processes and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Your personal data is used for the purposes of Account administration, identity and age verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, anti-money laundering compliance, customer support, and where you have opted in, promotional communications. mcw8 does not sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, mcw8 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, or the accuracy of odds and game outcomes.

mcw8 shall not be liable for any losses arising from:

• Temporary or permanent unavailability of the platform due to scheduled maintenance, technical failure, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond mcw8's reasonable control.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.
• Any inaccuracy in information provided by you at the time of registration or verification.

mcw8's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total value of the Real-Money Balance held in that Player's Account at the time the claim arises.

mcw8 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Where an amendment materially affects Players' rights or obligations, mcw8 will endeavour to provide advance notice via the email address registered on your Account.

Your continued use of the mcw8 platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your unconditional acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you must cease using the platform and contact the support team to initiate Account closure. Any bets placed or games played after the effective date of revised Terms are governed by those revised Terms.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. The parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute arising from these Terms in the first instance through direct negotiation via mcw8's customer support channels.

In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation within 30 days of one party notifying the other of the dispute, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts for final resolution. mcw8's decisions on matters of game outcomes, bet settlement, bonus eligibility and Account status are final and binding subject only to the dispute resolution process described above.
